The architecture is respond to the need for achievement, with several experiencing of nature, under the modern economy and social development. The proposal seeks to upgrade capabilities of a region, and indirectly of the city, enjoy or not, in the implementation of an ambitious project such as the tall building, and establishment of a landmark for it, with all the positive benefits of this.
Our philosophy is to push every project to a new level of innovative and radical space environment, searching the creation of leading edge architectural designs through systematic work, complexity and challenges. Within these contexts, we have researched the Luxury residential and hospitality market, we looked into organizations who are already applying this business model, in order for us to familiarize and analyze what offering and what missing from this market.
Given that the project is based in prime location of the Limassol city, we are looking to answer that with the production of a masterpiece design product that is missing from market according to our research. This architectural product it can be perfectly designed within the plot 87 and could be the first high-rise luxury hotel in Cyprus.
It is understandable that luxurious properties require full system and equipment functionality as well as maximum technical and materials quality. Configuring the interior in order to provide unobstructed views of the sea and the city, ease of access, quality in design and peace of mind. We aim to fulfill these ideals in a modern and sustainable manner.
Apparently the supporting structure organizes forms, and through them the form of the building, always based on principles of engineering. The actual shape of the building and other structural elements will be the result of calculation. This is one of the strongest elements of proposal because architectural form cannot have independent positions on the satisfaction of taking the loads, static and dynamic.
The terraces arranged between the gaps of the unique truss shell based on criteria such as the view, solar shading and size and type of internal space. When viewed together, these unique geometric elements make the building appear as a flagship development, presenting a highly sculptural appearance that is rooted in function.
